Put the book on the coffee table and don't say a word. If your child doesn't pick it up on their own, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order in full. Tell us your order number; we'll reply with the next steps.
If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement by email (you can use the form below). Return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We will refund your payment, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; we may wait until we receive the goods back or proof that you sent them. You pay the cost of returning the goods. This right is in addition to our 30-day guarantee.
